Date
Allows a user to enter a date into a text box in the format 'dd/mm/yyyy'. The label is suffixed with '(dd/mm/yyyy)'.

Mandatory
If this input type is mandatory, the user must enter a value.
Parameters
You can enter the format that you want the date to be presented in on the emails that the form generates. For example: dd/MM/yyyy or dd MMMM yyyy. (Note that the Month "M" needs to be in uppercase)
