Show an Add to Calendar link on events pages

It is possible for you to show an 'Add to Calendar' link on each of your events pages. This is defined at a site level, and if turned on, will automatically output a link on all Events that are created on your website. Once this feature is turned on, you will see a link like this on each Events page:

This link will download an iCalendar (.ics) file, which the user can open with their calendar program (e.g. Microsoft Outlook).
