I can't access HTML Mode on my page

You need to enable Compatibility Mode in your browser.

There is a compatibility issue between the third party text editor that we use and IE8. This issue will be resolved with the upcoming updates, but until these updates have been released, you will need to put your browser into Compatibility Mode in order to use HTML Mode.

To do this, click Tools > Compatibility View. The page will refresh when you do this, so make sure that you have saved any changes you have made to the page.
