How to report a problem to the Cubik Helpdesk

If you encounter a problem with your website, you can help us resolve your problem as quickly and as accurately as possible by giving us the details that we need at the time that you report it.

  • The most important thing is the URL (address) of the page where you found the problem. This helps us find the page without having to search through your site, or phone you up to ask for more information.
  • Sometimes, we cannot reproduce your problem and a screenshot from your computer is needed. This helps us see the problem exactly as you see it, and it helps us quickly identify what browser, operating system and screen resolution you're using.
  • Finally, if you encounter the Error Report screen, it is of vital importance that you submit the form. This sends a wealth of information to us about what caused the problem, and really helps us get to the bottom of it.
